🛠️ How to Participate?
1. Submit Predictions
Go to registration, fill in your info, select your podium (1st, 2nd, and 3rd place), and predict the tournament's total goals.
2. Complete Payment
Entry fee is a one-time payment of $15.00 USD / COP$ 60.000. Transfer locally via Nequi or click the PayPal direct link.
3. 24-Hour Activation
Submit your payment reference on the site. The admin will verify the transfer and activate your entry in less than 24 hours.
📊 Scoring Point System
As the final World Cup matches are played, you will automatically accumulate points based on your predictions:
Champion Correct Guess (1st)
+50 ptsRunner-up Correct Guess (2nd)
+30 pts3rd Place Correct Guess
+20 ptsPodium Country (Wrong Position)
+10 pts eachIf you predicted a country on the podium, but it finished in another top 3 position.
⚖️ How Winners are Generated?
To ensure a clean, transparent, and mathematically fair competition without shared ties, the Leaderboard is sorted in real-time using these **3 cascading criteria**:
Highest Accumulated Points
The primary sorting factor is the sum of points obtained by guessing the real World Cup podium.
Tiebreaker Factor (Goal Deviation)
If points are tied, the person with the **lowest absolute difference** relative to the total real goals scored in the entire tournament will win. The deviation formula is: `|Real Goals - Predicted Goals|`. The lower deviation wins!
Registration Priority (Timestamp)
If the scores and goal deviations are exactly identical, the higher rank is awarded to **whoever registered and sent their payment first** in our system.
🎁 Prize Distribution Plan
The total prize pool is equivalent to **50% of the total registration collection** (as more participants join, prizes scale up!). At the end of the World Cup, the pool is split exactly among the **top 6 leaderboard ranks**:
🥇 1st Tier (Ranks 1 and 2 of the Ranking)
60% of total Prize Pool
Each of the 2 winners (Rank 1 and Rank 2 of the Leaderboard) receives **30% net** of the total prize pool.
🥈 2nd Tier (Ranks 3 and 4 of the Ranking)
25% of total Prize Pool
Each of the 2 winners (Rank 3 and Rank 4 of the Leaderboard) receives **12.5% net** of the total prize pool.
🥉 3rd Tier (Ranks 5 and 6 of the Ranking)
15% of total Prize Pool
Each of the 2 winners (Rank 5 and Rank 6 of the Leaderboard) receives **7.5% net** of the total prize pool.
